Ghaziabad is set for a significant transformation with the development of the Harnandipuram township. The ambitious project, approved by the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) during its 165th board meeting chaired by Meerut Divisional Commissioner Selva Kumari J.

As reported by the Delhi Breakings, the project will cover 541 hectares and combine residential and commercial developments to meet diverse needs Strategically located between Raj Nagar Extension’s Outer Ring Road and Pipeline Road, Harnandipuram promises to be a modern urban living hub.

Harnandipuram’s location ensures excellent connectivity and accessibility:

  • North: Pipeline Road
  • East: Northern Peripheral Road
  • West: Hindon River Area
  • South: Outer Ring Road from Morti to NPR Road

  • 3 kilometers from the nearest Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) station
  • Excellent connectivity to Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida, and Meerut
