The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has unveiled plans to offer 173 premium flats in various sectors of Dwarka under its Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024.

As reported by the Money Control, these flats will be priced from INR 1.28 crore to INR 2.5 crore.

The premium flats will be located in Sectors 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka. These units are intended for the Middle-Income Group (MIG) and High-Income Group (HIG). Allocation will be conducted via an e-auction process, with the dates for registration and auction to be announced shortly.

The Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 is part of a larger DDA initiative that aims to offer up to 40,000 flats across various categories. This includes housing for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Low-Income Groups (LIG). This broad approach is designed to meet diverse housing needs in the capital.

    Additional Housing Schemes

In addition to the premium flats, the DDA has introduced the DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024. This scheme will provide affordable housing options for LIG and EWS categories. Flats under this scheme will be located in Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela, with prices starting at about INR 11.5 lakh. The allocation for these units will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The DDA is also offering approximately 5,400 apartments under the General Housing Scheme 2024. These units will be available in Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, with starting prices around INR 29 lakh. These flats will be sold at 2023 rates without any price escalation.

    Summary
