Real estate developer Sobha Ltd. reported a sales value of ₹13.88 billion for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, driven by 1.01 million square feet of new sales area at an average price of ₹13,663 per square foot, as published by The Economic Times.

Despite the strong realization figures, the sales value declined by 28.85% compared to the same period last year.

The average price realization improved significantly, rising 31.3% year-over-year to ₹14,226 per square foot. The company attributed the increase to price hikes in ongoing projects and higher realizations from newly launched projects.

Bengaluru emerged as the key market, contributing ₹10.01 billion in sales value with 722,886 square feet of new sales area, accounting for 72.1% of the total sales. Gurugram followed, contributing 10.3% to the overall sales value.

In the first nine months of FY25, Sobha recorded new sales of 3.12 million square feet, generating a total sales value of ₹44.41 billion. During the same period, the company launched 4.66 million square feet across six projects in four cities.

Sobha’s performance highlights its focus on premium pricing and strategic project launches, which have bolstered its average realization despite a year-over-year dip in total sales value.
