Under Khattar’s leadership, Haryana is taking significant strides in urban development by engaging the expertise of two prestigious institutions: IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee. The issue of unauthorized construction has plagued many urban areas, including Faridabad. Khattar’s plan includes expeditious and decisive action against such activities. By cracking down on illegal structures, the government aims to ensure that urban development adheres to regulated and lawful channels.

Recognizing the critical importance of water conservation in an era marked by environmental challenges, the master plan places a strong emphasis on sustainable water management practices. This commitment ensures a greener and more eco-friendly future for Faridabad.
