L&T Realty Achieves Full Occupancy of Inaugural Residential Project in Chennai

L&T Realty, the real estate arm of the esteemed engineering and construction conglomerate Larsen and Toubro, proudly announced on Sunday that they have successfully sold out all the residential units in the initial phase of their debut residential venture in the city.

The project, known as Avinya Enclave, is located in Manapakkam and spans an impressive seven acres. The first phase of this ambitious undertaking features four towers, comprising a total of 500 apartments, with a diverse array of two, three, and four-bedroom configurations.

According to a company statement, the pricing for apartments at Avinya Enclave starts at Rs 90 lakh. L&T Realty, recognized for its esteemed reputation, expressed their deep appreciation for the opportunity to launch their inaugural residential project in Chennai. Shrikant Joshi, CEO, and Managing Director of L&T Realty, remarked, “L&T is a respected brand, and it is a great honor for us to introduce our maiden residential project in Chennai. The project’s advantages include its proximity to the proposed Manapakkam Metro station and its strategic location within a thriving retail and commercial district.”

Launched on September 9, the project is meticulously designed to maximize the utilization of open spaces, ensuring an abundance of natural sunlight and cross ventilation, as highlighted in the statement.

This remarkable achievement signifies a promising start for L&T Realty in the vibrant real estate market of Chennai, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering quality living spaces to discerning homebuyers.
