DLF Launches Commercial & Residential Projects in Gurugram and Panchkula, Haryana

    DLF Limited, a well-known real estate developer, has introduced two exciting projects in Haryana—“Central 67” in Gurugram and “The Valley Orchard” in Panchkula. These ventures are expected to generate a combined revenue of over Rs 1,400 crore, according to Aakash Ohri, Joint MD and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd.

    Central 67 Project in Gurugram

    Spread across 8.6 acres in Sector 67, Gurugram, Central 67 is a commercial development featuring shop-cum-office plots. Located near the Sohna Elevated Road, offering connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, this project boasts 75 plots that have already been sold out, projecting an estimated revenue of around Rs 750 crore.

    The Valley Orchard in Panchkula

    Covering 15.83 acres, The Valley Orchard is a low-rise township offering residential units. Nestled amidst the picturesque Shivaliks mountain range and overlooking the Kaushalya River, this project offers 400 units, expecting revenue of about Rs 700 crore. The first phase, comprising 350 units, has already been sold out, and there are plans to introduce 70 more units in subsequent phases. The development promises a ground-plus-four-floor layout near Kasauli.

    Project Features

    The Valley Orchard offers 3BHK-plus-study and 3BHK residences, each block having a basement, a stilt, and four independent floors. On the other hand, Central 67 is designed for both retail and office purposes, featuring a basement-plus-ground-plus-four-floor layout. It’s strategically located along the Sohna Elevated Corridor, promising seamless connectivity to major business hubs and cities through the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor.

    DLF aims to introduce additional residential projects in Panchkula soon, envisioning further growth and development in the region.

    Financial Highlights

    In the recent financial report, DLF recorded a consolidated net profit of Rs 629 crore, marking a 29 percent year-on-year increase. With sales bookings touching Rs 2,228 crore and gross margins at 57 percent, the company achieved a net cash-positive status during this period. Looking ahead, DLF targets sale bookings of about Rs 13,000 crore in the current fiscal year and plans to launch several new projects by March 2024.
