Godrej Properties to come up with Premium residential at Sector 44, Noida

Godrej Properties, a well-known real estate company, recently outbid others for a piece of land in Noida, planning to build homes that could bring in about ₹3000 crore. This land, covering around 6.46 acres, is in Sector 44, a very desirable area in Noida. The company plans to develop approximately 1.4 million square feet of space into high-end apartments of various sizes.

Godrej Properties announced it was the top bidder in an online auction held by the NOIDA Authority and has received confirmation to start developing this key property. This project marks the company’s sixth venture in Noida, an area known for its excellent infrastructure, broad roads, and easy access to Delhi, making it an attractive place to live.

Gaurav Pandey, the CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed excitement about the new project, noting the strong interest in the company’s previous projects in Noida. He mentioned that this new endeavor aligns with their goal to expand their reach in important areas within India’s major cities. The aim is to create a premium housing community that will benefit its residents for a long time.

Financially, Godrej Properties is doing well, with a recent report showing an 11% increase in their profit, making ₹62.72 crore in the last quarter. Their total income also went up, reaching ₹548.31 crore, compared to ₹404.58 crore the year before.
