Ashiana Housing expands into Panvel, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru with new projects

Ashiana Housing Ltd., a leading real estate player listed on the NSE & BSE, is poised to expand its feet in Panvel, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru and Intends to Launch 4 New Projects in FY 2024-25, out of which 2 projects are located in Jaipur. 

The first project is on the lines of elite homes and second project is Kids Centric project. Third one is in Gurugram which is also a Kids centric home and fourth one is Ashiana Swarang in Chennai which is a senior living project. 

Last year Ashiana has launched two senior living projects Pune and Chennai.

“In the current fiscal, we are also looking at acquiring between 25-30 lakh SQ feet for development”, said Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing. 

Ashiana Housing Ltd. currently operates five senior living projects in Bhiwadi NCR, Lavasa-Pune, Chennai, and Jaipur, accommodating over 2,500 units and housing more than 2500 seniors. In the year 2023-24 the company has achieved the revenue of Rs 1800 cr. We are expected to get Rs 2000 cr of revenue in current financial year, added Gupta.
