BCD Group secures 1.5M sft of Residential development project from Ramsons Trendsquares in Bengaluru

    Bengaluru, July 04, 2024: BCD Group, one of the oldest and trusted names in the Indian construction and design industry, today announced securing of a 1.5 million square feet of Residential project in Bengaluru from Ramsons Trendsquares. Spread across an area of 6.5 acres, the project is coming up at a total investment layout of Rs 660 crores and is the first ever collaboration between BCD and Ramsons Trendsquares.

    The overall mixed use development by Ramsons Trendsquares will be completed in two phases with 600 residential units in phase 1 and 5M sqft in phase 2 which include both residential and commercial developments. The first phase of the project has already been sold out and the company is aggressively working towards initiating the second phase.
