During the event, Mr. Boman Irani, President of CREDAI, announced a pledge to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. He urged developers to prioritize green living in their projects, aligning with global efforts to combat climate change.

A workshop on RERA compliance, led by Mr. Vinod Chithore, Director (REG), MahaRERA, provided attendees with invaluable insights into navigating regulatory complexities and ensuring compliance within the real estate sector.

The event marked one year under the leadership of President Mr. Dommic Romell and ex-President Mr. Boman Irani. Both presidents reflected on achievements, challenges, and outlined the future vision for CREDAI-MCHI.
