Co–Living Startup Truliv Announces Expansion to Bengaluru

    Truliv, Tamil Nadu’s largest co-living startup announced its expansion into the Bengaluru market, marking a significant milestone in its mission to redefine urban living for working professionals. The first two Truliv Co-Living facilities are strategically located near Hebbal and Whitefield, offering easy access to prominent tech parks and corporate hubs.

    Adopting a cluster-based approach growth in Bangalore, with an initial portfolio of 1,000 beds Truliv aims to establish itself as a key player in the city’s co-living segment. Over the next 18 months, the company plans to expand its presence by adding 1,500 more beds, reaching a total of 2,500 beds. Truliv currently operates over 3,000 beds in Chennai and is poised to replicate its success in other key cities, with projects in the pipeline for Pune, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. Truliv aims to close this financial year at 32cr revenue and is the only co – living startup that is already EBITDA positive.

The company is focused on operating properties under both the Build-to-Suit (BTS) model and the traditional Lease and Convert approach, with a strategic emphasis on the future of Co-living spaces. While the company is primarily focusing on serving working professionals at the moment, it envisions expanding its offerings to include various customer segments in the future.
