The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has rolled out three housing schemes for 2024, aimed at providing housing options for residents across various income groups.

As reported by the Business Today, the schemes—DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024, DDA General Housing Scheme 2024, and DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024—offer flats in several prime areas of the capital, including Rohini, Narela, Jasola, and Dwarka.

These schemes cater to lower-income, middle-income, and high-income groups, providing affordable to upscale living options in some of Delhi’s most sought-after localities.

DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024

The DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 targets the lower-income group (LIG) and economically weaker sections (EWS). Flats under this scheme are located in areas such as Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela.

With a starting price of ₹11.5 lakh, the scheme offers approximately 34,000 flats, making it an attractive option for those seeking affordable housing in Delhi. The flats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so prompt action is essential for interested buyers.

DDA General Housing Scheme 2024

The DDA General Housing Scheme 2024 provides a diverse range of housing options across all income categories, including high-income group (HIG), middle-income group (MIG), LIG, and EWS. This scheme covers localities such as Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, offering something for everyone.

Prices for flats under this scheme start at approximately ₹29 lakh. Importantly, the prices are fixed at 2023 rates, with no escalations, providing stability for potential buyers. A total of 5,400 flats are available under this inclusive scheme.

DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024:

For those looking for upscale housing, the DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 offers a limited number of flats in one of Delhi’s most prestigious areas. This scheme is tailored for high-income (HIG) and middle-income (MIG) groups, as well as higher categories.

  • Location and Pricing: Flats under this scheme are located in Dwarka sectors 14, 16B, and 19B. The starting price for these premium flats is ₹1.28 crore. An e-auction process will be used to allocate the 173 available flats, ensuring a transparent and competitive selection process.

Each of these schemes offers flats in key areas of Delhi, including:

  • Rohini and Narela: These areas are known for their residential appeal and growing infrastructure, making them ideal for families and individuals looking for well-connected neighborhoods.
  • Jasola: A locality that balances residential comfort with proximity to commercial hubs, Jasola is a prime location for those looking to live near their workplace.
  • Dwarka: Known for its upscale living and excellent connectivity, Dwarka remains a top choice for high-income buyers seeking a premium lifestyle in Delhi.
