As reported by the Business Today, the schemes—DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024, DDA General Housing Scheme 2024, and DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024—offer flats in several prime areas of the capital, including Rohini, Narela, Jasola, and Dwarka.

DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024
The DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 targets the lower-income group (LIG) and economically weaker sections (EWS). Flats under this scheme are located in areas such as Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela.
With a starting price of ₹11.5 lakh, the scheme offers approximately 34,000 flats, making it an attractive option for those seeking affordable housing in Delhi. The flats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so prompt action is essential for interested buyers.
DDA General Housing Scheme 2024

- Location and Pricing: Flats under this scheme are located in Dwarka sectors 14, 16B, and 19B. The starting price for these premium flats is ₹1.28 crore. An e-auction process will be used to allocate the 173 available flats, ensuring a transparent and competitive selection process.
