Delhi Development Authority (DDA)’s E-Auction of Luxurious Flats and Penthouses in Delhi

    The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is gearing up for the third phase of its e-auction, featuring luxury apartments and penthouses in Dwarka sector 19B starting from March 5. Here’s a breakdown of the key details you should know about this auction.

    Number of Flats: A total of 257 apartments will be up for grabs in this auction. These include penthouses, HIG (Higher Income Group) flats, and MIG (Mid-Income Group) flats. Specifically, there are 123 HIG 3BHK flats, 132 2BHK MIG flats, and two luxury duplex penthouses available.

    Pricing: The reserve prices for these properties vary. Penthouses are priced at Rs 5 crore, HIG apartments at Rs 2.05 crore, and MIG 2BHK units at Rs 1.2 crore.

    Location: The luxury duplex penthouses and HIG apartments are situated in Dwarka sector 19B, offering scenic views of an upcoming 18-hole golf course in Sector 24. The housing complex boasts 11 towers and ample green spaces. Additionally, the 2BHK MIG flats are located in Dwarka sector 14.

    Registration Process: To participate in the auction, interested individuals must register on the e-auction portal, eservices.dda.org.in, and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 2,500 for each flat they wish to bid on. Additionally, applicants are required to deposit a booking amount or Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), which is Rs 15 lakh for HIG, Rs 25 lakh for penthouses, and Rs 10 lakh for MIG flats.

    With registration already underway and the auction set to commence on March 5, prospective buyers have the opportunity to acquire luxury flats and penthouses in prime locations across Dwarka.
