The Migsun Group is making its foray into the commercial real estate sector in Greater Noida with a significant 160-crore investment in a mixed-use development project.

As reported by Financial Express, this new development will be located along the main thoroughfare of Alpha-II in Greater Noida and will feature a variety of retail outlets, a food court, and upscale business suites.

The company has recently acquired approximately 3 acres of land for the project, which boasts a prime location that is easily accessible, situated within walking distance of the Alpha-1 and Delta-1 metro stations. With the ongoing expansion of Greater Noida’s infrastructure, this project is positioned as a prime opportunity for businesses, investors, and consumers alike.
