MRG World Announces 2nd Affordable Housing Project in Gurugram [Details Inside]

    MRG World, a reputed name in the field of agro-finance and education sector, has launched another affordable housing project in Gurugram. The company has recently ventured in real estate sector and this will be it’s second affordable housing project in the millennium city.

    The new housing project, MRG World The Meridian, will offer housing units in the price range of Rs.22-26 lakh. The project will have 755 units spread across 5.5-acre project for which the firm will invest Rs.200 crore.

    The project is an IGBC certified project is strategically located in Sector 89 in close proximity to Pataudi Road, IMT Manesar, KMP Corridor and Dwarka Expressway. The construction work on the project has already started. The delivery is expected to in 2023.

    “There is a dearth of affordable housing option in Gurugram with world class amenities. Our new offering ‘The Meridian’ is an attempt to fill that void,” Money Control quoted Rajat Goel, Joint MD, MRG World, as saying.

    Under its first housing project MRG World Balcony, the company is already building 740 apartments in 7 towers of 14 floors structure under the affordable housing policy of the Haryana government at a project cost of around Rs 200 crore. It is located at 1.5 km away from Dwarka Expressway in Sector 93, Gurugram.
