    Enhancing Accessibility for Professionals

    Rising Momentum in Coworking Spaces

Coworking spaces have surged post-pandemic, infiltrating about 25 million square feet across the top 7 cities since 2017, as per myHQ’s research. These spaces now occupy a significant 21% share of the nation’s commercial office space sector.

Sumit Lakhani, Deputy CEO of Awfis, expressed excitement about the collaboration, emphasizing its role in extending their services to a wider audience. Awfis aims to provide top-notch workspace experiences in key micro-markets across cities at competitive prices, catering to the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

In response to the changing work landscape post the Covid-19 pandemic, coworking spaces have become the go-to option for companies, with over 70% adopting diverse flexible work models. Particularly appealing for startups and small teams, coworking offers a cost-effective solution for hybrid work setups, highlighting its growing prominence in the business realm.
