If you prefer to live in a luxury housing in Delhi but away from pollution and noise, then Godrej Meridien is just the project for you. The residential project was just launched on Jun 24 and is already receiving an overwhelming response.
The project seems to have been developed keeping in mind the necessity of being close to nature. Located at Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, Godrej Meridien comprises 2, 3 and 4 b.h.k. apartments along with meticulously designed ultra-luxurious amenities. The project is spread across 14.5 acres and will have seven residential towers.
The 2 b.h.k. flat is priced at Rs. 1.06 crore while 3 and 4 b.h.k. flats are priced at Rs. 1.3 crore and Rs. 2.2 crore respectively. Despite the price being perceived to be on the higher side as far as the location is concerned, Godrej has already sold close to 150 units since the launch, as per a company official.
Apart from the proximity to IGI Airport and Dwarka, Godrej Meridien also boasts of its world-class clubhouse that is spread over 3 acres with 66000 sq. ft., biggest of-its-kind in NCR. The project also claims to offer ‘Full Olympic’ size swimming pool and an all-weather indoor one.
Apart from that, this HRERA-approved project has a kids’ pool, badminton court, basketball court, squash courts, and green jogging track. The residents will also get to avail the services of Personal Fitness Studio by Hollywood Celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza, who is known for her clientele including Jessica Alba, Halle Berry, and Kate Beckinsale.
Fine dining restaurant, wine tasting arena, porter-on-call, guest house, butler-on-call, and a 48-seater cineplex are some of the things that are being offered in Godrej Meridien. The project is also planned in a way to provide maximum green cover with a lavish green entrance and unique water features as well as interactive outdoor spaces with uniquely designed landscape zones.
