Do you aspire to live close to nature while living in NCR? Then Noida Sector 150 is just the right location for you.

Sector 150 is situated at the confluence of the Yamuna and Hindon rivers, along with the bustling Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Planned as an industrial town, Sector 150 falls in the peripheral area of Noida. This sector earlier evolved as IT hub and later attracted real estate developments primarily due to effectively-planned layouts. No wonder Sector 150 is now one of the preferred residential destinations of Noida.

But the icing on the cake in Noida Sector 150 is the presence of massive green spaces. In fact, almost 80 percent of the 600-acre land parcel remains under greenery and only the remaining 20 percent is allocated for construction activities.

What makes Sector 150 even more attractive is the presence of good social infrastructure, including reputed educational institutions, hospitals, and shopping complexes. As per sources, nearly 42 acres of land are dedicated specifically for parks and recreational facilities.

Over the last five years, Sector 150 has registered new residential launches of around 14,800 units out of which around 44 percent of the supply was added in the year 2015. However, only less than 10 percent of the units are ready for possession in Sector 150, indicating limited choices available to home buyers as of now.

Currently, the average property price in the area is Rs 4,900 per sq ft. The prominent residential projects in the area are as follows:

  • Eldeco
  • Ace Golfshire
  • Mahagun Meadows
  • ATS Le Grandiose
  • ATS Pristine
  • Samridhi Luxury Avenue
  • TATA Destination
  • Ace Parkway
  • Godrej Nest
  • Sethi Venice
  • Lotus Greens
  • Logix Neo World
  • Brys Buzz

Noida Sector 150 has easy access to major transport corridors, such as the Yamuna Expressway, Noida Expressway, Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway. The promise of upcoming infrastructure such as the Noida-Greater Noida metro line along with ample green spaces indicates that the area will very soon become one of the most sought after location for nature lovers in NCR.
