Oberoi Realty has cemented its presence in Thane with the acquisition of a 6.4-acre land parcel from NRB Bearings Limited for Rs 196 crore. This strategic move consolidates the company’s holdings in Pokhran Road 2, bringing the total land area to a substantial 75 acres.

The acquisition, which follows an earlier MoU signed in May, positions Oberoi Realty advantageously near Raymond Group’s 100-acre land, where the company has been successfully developing real estate projects since 2019. This proximity presents significant opportunities for future growth and development.

Furthering its commitment to premium residential offerings, Oberoi Realty also announced the launch of ‘Forestville,’ a luxurious project spread across 18 acres in Thane’s Kolshet area. This project will comprise five residential towers, primarily offering spacious 3 BHK apartments starting at Rs 1.87 crore. Forestville promises residents a serene and elevated lifestyle with its lush green surroundings and modern amenities.
