Whether it is commercial, retail or residential real estate sector, Noida is increasingly carving its own niche in NCR. The location that was once crippled with poor infrastructure and lack of connectivity is now ready to enter a new phase as a series of transformations are set to hit Noida real estate very soon.

If you are holding yourself back from investing in Noida, then think again. The UP government is reportedly all set to pamper its blue-eyed boy by developing it as an industrial town as well as a residential hub with a job market as steady as that of India’s IT capital Bengaluru. To know the topmost investment avenues of Noida, click here.

Here are some of the infrastructural developments that are set to transform Noida real estate market forever:

    1. Focus Shift:
    Vivo Factory in WTC Noida

Noida will soon emerge as an industrial town. Rs 60,000 crore have already been seeded across the city in different projects while the upcoming investors’ summit slated for December is expected to set the ball rolling. IT giants like Vivo, Paytm, Haier and Kent have already set up new industrial units in Noida or have expanded their operations in the recent times.

    1. Jewar International Airport:

The new international airport coming up in Greater Noida is also expected to bring a boost to the infrastructure of Noida as a whole. The NCR’s second international airport is expected to be operational by 2023. Since it will take four or five years to build the airport, the region has become a good investment option in the recent times.

    1. No Power Outage:

It may sound impossible as of now, but Noida will soon start witnessing zero power outage. As per Prop Tiger, Noida and Ghaziabad may become ‘no-tripping’ zones by 2019.

    1. Metro:

Metro has changed the connectivity scenario of Noida overnight. Now, the 27-km Aqua Line is expected to further boost Noida’s connectivity with other areas of the region. In fact, the Noida-Greater Noida Metro link may get operational by November this year.

    1. Anti-Squatter Drive:

The anti-squatter drive currently active in sectors 62, 46, 47, 99 and 100 is trying to change the face of Noida as we know. Kiosks and carts that otherwise clog pavement and parking space are being removed to create more space on the roads of Noida for good.
