WeWork India Launches Premium Office Space in Bengaluru

    WeWork India has announced the opening of its 61st location, WeWork 37 Cunningham, in Bengaluru. The facility, unveiled on Oct. 9, spans 61,120 square feet and is designed to meet the growing demand from large enterprises, multinational corporations (MNCs), and C-suite executives seeking modern and flexible workspaces.

    As reported by the Hindustan Times, the new facility comprises four floors and features 891 desks, catering to professionals who require a more executive aesthetic. According to the company, WeWork 37 Cunningham distinguishes itself from other WeWork locations by offering sustainable design and bespoke services tailored for high-profile members.

    WeWork 37 Cunningham has earned LEED Core, Shell Gold, and WELL Gold certifications, reflecting its commitment to sustainability. Members will also receive expert support in obtaining ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications, ensuring a comprehensive approach to workplace well-being.

    Over the past seven years, WeWork India has added over 90,000 desks to its portfolio across eight cities, including Chennai, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. The company now operates in 61 locations, with an overall footprint of 8 million square feet. This diverse network caters to clients ranging from solopreneurs to Fortune 500 companies.
