    After the roaring success of WTC Chandigarh, WTC GIFT Gujarat, and WTC Noida, the developer is coming up with another lucrative WTC branded IT/ITES project.     As per inputs received from the developer, the WTC Noida CBD offering is in the form of non-lockable office spaces with sizes of approx. 255 sq. ft. It has an attractive investment size of less than 20L (all inclusive), offering returns till possession and an assured commitment return post possession.

    The prevailing rentals for institutional sectors in Noida are approx.  Rs. 35 -40 Rs./ Sq. Ft. and that along the expressway is Rs. 55-60 sq. ft., as per the report by Colliers ’India ‘Office Property Market Overview Q2 2018.’ One can expect promising yields going forward from WTC Noida CBD due to the mentioned indicators.
