Bengaluru-based real estate developer Provident Housing Limited, a subsidiary of Puravankara Ltd, announced the launch of its residential project, Provident Bayscape, in Chennai on November 21.

Located on Kelambakkam-Vandalur Road in the southern suburbs of Chennai, the project will span 5.35 acres and feature 676 residential units. These will include 2 BHK apartments ranging from 993 sq. ft. to 1,107 sq. ft., and 3 BHK apartments between 1,309 sq. ft. and 1,424 sq. ft, as published by Hindustan Times.

Mallanna Sasalu, CEO of Provident Housing Limited, stated, “Provident Bayscape offers unparalleled excellence in the quality of life for residents. This project reflects our commitment to creating living spaces that combine convenience, comfort, and connectivity.”

Provident Bayscape will offer numerous amenities, including a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, a large swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a kids’ play area, a relaxing yoga deck, and a pet park. The project is designed with 46.5% open space to ensure a spacious and breathable environment.

The project is strategically located close to major tech parks such as Siruseri IT Park, ELCOT SEZ, and Pacifica Tech Park. It is also near renowned educational institutions, including Chettinad Dental College and Research Institute and Hindustan College of Arts & Science.

Provident Bayscape is registered under Tamil Nadu RERA and is slated for possession in 2028.

Founded in 2008, Provident Housing Limited operates in nine cities across India, including Bengaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Goa, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Pune.

A report by JLL notes that, despite a slowdown in housing sales during the first nine months of 2024, the residential sales outlook remains positive. The report predicts that 2024 will end with sales 12-15% higher than 2023, based on strong buyer activity during the upcoming festive season.
