The Uttar Pradesh government has unveiled a new high-tech township project located near the Jewar International Airport, marking a significant milestone for real estate development in the region.

Developed by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), the township is strategically positioned in Sector-24A of Noida, just 15 minutes away from the airport.

As published by The Economics Times, the township is located one kilometre from the International Film City and 500 metres from the Yamuna Expressway, offering prime connectivity to key infrastructure projects. Additionally, it is in close proximity to the MotoGP track, which is expected to draw increased attention to the area.

The development is designed to cater to a range of potential homeowners and investors, with 451 residential plots available in varying sizes. These plots are located in a rapidly growing area with a strong infrastructure backbone, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to purchase property in a high-demand region.

The available plots are divided into several categories, including 100 plots of 120 square metres, 169 plots of 162 square metres, 172 plots of 200 square metres, 6 plots of 250 square metres, and 4 plots of 260 square metres. A total of 17.5% of the plots are reserved for farmers in the state, providing an opportunity for local landowners to become part of this emerging community.

The pricing for the plots has been set at Rs 25,900 per square metre, with a registration fee of Rs 600 per applicant. According to official data, 62,865 people have purchased brochures, and 34,180 individuals have registered for the plots, showing strong demand for the development.

The registration process is set to close on November 30, 2024, with the lottery draw scheduled for December 27, 2024. The transparent registration and lottery process ensures fair distribution of plots and aims to provide equal opportunities for all interested applicants.

The township’s location near the Jewar International Airport is a key selling point, providing residents with easy access to one of the largest upcoming airports in India. The airport is expected to drive significant growth and offer enhanced connectivity, both domestically and internationally. The township’s proximity to major roads, such as the Yamuna Expressway, further improves its accessibility, making it a prime location for residential development.

With affordable pricing and strategic location, the township offers substantial potential for property appreciation. As the area continues to grow due to the development of the Jewar Airport and other surrounding infrastructure projects, property values are expected to rise. Investors and homebuyers alike will likely see a strong return on their investment in the coming years.

The launch of this high-tech township by the Uttar Pradesh government marks a new chapter in real estate development near Jewar International Airport. Offering affordable residential plots in a prime location, the project is set to attract significant interest from homebuyers and investors.

With the registration deadline fast approaching and the lottery draw scheduled for December, prospective buyers have a limited window to secure a plot in this promising development.
