16th NAREDCO National Convention to Shape India’s Real Estate Future

    The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) is hosting its 16th National Convention on February 2nd and 3rd, 2024, at Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi. Themed “The Changing Real Estate Landscape,” the convention brings together key stakeholders to explore growth and transformation in India’s real estate sector.

    Focus on Worker Welfare and Industry Expansion:

    • NAREDCO proposes allocating 1% cess towards welfare of real estate workers, aiming to eradicate alcoholism and gutka consumption by 2047.
    • Developers urged to take responsibility for worker well-being using the cess allocation.
    • NAREDCO targets expanding its presence to 25 states by 2025.

    Convention to Address Key Issues:

    • Discussions on government support, affordable housing, RERA impact, financing, technology integration, and investment opportunities.
