    Real estate consultancy Colliers India is making strides into the residential space, appointing Ravi Shankar Singh as the Managing Director for Colliers’ Residential Transaction Services in India.

    The focus of the residential transactions business will be on understanding and catering to the needs of high-net-worth individuals seeking real estate investments, as stated by Colliers India.
