Colliers International, a globally recognized real estate services and investment management company, is poised for significant growth in the Middle East. Sankey Prasad, the current Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Colliers India, will now spearhead the project management business in the Middle East, solidifying his role as CMD for ‘Colliers Project Leaders Middle East.’ This strategic move follows Colliers’ acquisition of Synergy Property Development Services in 2019.

Under Mr. Prasad’s leadership, Colliers India has experienced remarkable growth, achieving a 30% Year-over-Year increase. This expansion involved diversification into new segments and the adoption of global best practices. His extended responsibilities will include collaborating with the regional leadership team, fostering business relations, and driving the growth of Colliers’ project management business in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region.

Expressing enthusiasm about the new opportunities, Mr. Prasad affirms Colliers’ unwavering commitment to accelerating success in the Middle East. The Middle East market is familiar territory for Colliers, given Synergy’s successful track record in the region over the past two decades.

Colliers International, with a presence in 68 countries and a team of over 15,000 professionals, is well-positioned to continue delivering expert real estate advice to clients, enhancing property value for occupiers, owners, and investors.

As Mr. Prasad extends his leadership beyond India, Colliers looks forward to further collaboration with clients and stakeholders, ensuring continued success in the dynamic Middle East real estate landscape.
