Godrej Properties, led by Executive Chairman Pirojsha Godrej, aims for significant sales growth in the fiscal year 2024-25, targeting a pre-sales figure of Rs 25,000 crore. This aspiration comes on the back of a successful previous fiscal year, where the company achieved record sales bookings of Rs 22,500 crore, driven by strong housing demand.

The company’s impressive performance has positioned it as one of the leading real estate developers in India, surpassing competitors like the Prestige Group. Pirojsha Godrej expressed confidence in the market’s strength and the company’s launch pipeline for the current financial year, anticipating another robust fiscal performance.

Godrej Properties attributes its success to factors such as consumer enthusiasm and preference for established developers with strong financial capabilities. The company strategically expanded its presence across major cities and capitalized on land acquisition opportunities during the real estate downturn, which has contributed to its profitability.

In the last fiscal year, the company achieved its highest-ever quarterly and annual sales, with sales bookings reaching Rs 22,500 crore and a total area of 20 million square feet. This outstanding performance was driven by strong consumer demand and successful project launches like Godrej Zenith and Godrej Reserve.

Looking ahead, Godrej Properties remains optimistic about the real estate market’s upward trend and is poised to capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion.
