Top Picks for Buying Homes in Bengaluru

    The demand for real estate in Bengaluru has gone up recently. Bengaluru is also known as the Garden City of India. In the first three months of 2024, the demand for homes in Karnataka’s capital increased by 8.3 percent compared to the previous quarter, and prices went up by another 4.5 percent, according to a report by Magicbricks PropIndex.

    The demand for homes is rising because Bengaluru is turning into a major IT hub. It’s also called the Silicon Valley of India. Some popular areas in the city where people want to buy homes include Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, and Electronic City. The average price per square foot in these areas is Rs 8900, Rs 8100, and Rs 5700 respectively.

    Here are some recommended places to buy a home in Bengaluru according to the Magicbricks PropIndex Report (January-March 2024):

    1. Mana Dale, Sarjapur Road: Mana Dale is located on Sarjapur Road and offers a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery. The project covers an area of 6.97 acres and consists of six towers with 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The prices for 3 BHK apartments range from Rs 1.6 to 1.8 crore, while 4 BHK apartments cost around Rs 2.13 crore. The project is expected to be completed by December 2032.
    2. Orchid Platinum, Whitefield: Orchid Platinum is situated on Whitefield Main Road and is developed by Goyal & Co. and Hariyana Group. It consists of 4 towers with 250 residential units. The carpet area of the units ranges from 938 to 1518 sqft. Prices start from Rs 1.79 crore and go up to Rs 2.84 crore. The project is expected to be ready by December 2028.
    3. Provident Deansgate Phase 1, IVC Road, Kempapura: Provident Deansgate offers luxurious residences with features like picket fences, English sculptures, and cobblestone pathways. The project has G+2 structures with three units each. The villas come with private gardens ranging from 682 to 1700 square feet and terrace dimensions from 369 to 439 square feet.     4. Mahendra Aarya, Electronic City: Mahendra Aarya offers a variety of sports amenities including a multi-sports ground, an athlete track, and an infinity pool. It consists of three towers with 662 residential units in 2 and 3 BHK configurations. Prices for 2 BHK units start from Rs 93.3 lakh, while 3 BHK units range from Rs 1.19 to 1.31 crore. The project is ready for possession, with pending units expected to be completed by December 2025.
