The demand for real estate in Bengaluru has gone up recently. Bengaluru is also known as the Garden City of India. In the first three months of 2024, the demand for homes in Karnataka’s capital increased by 8.3 percent compared to the previous quarter, and prices went up by another 4.5 percent, according to a report by Magicbricks PropIndex.
The demand for homes is rising because Bengaluru is turning into a major IT hub. It’s also called the Silicon Valley of India. Some popular areas in the city where people want to buy homes include Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, and Electronic City. The average price per square foot in these areas is Rs 8900, Rs 8100, and Rs 5700 respectively.

- Mana Dale, Sarjapur Road: Mana Dale is located on Sarjapur Road and offers a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery. The project covers an area of 6.97 acres and consists of six towers with 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The prices for 3 BHK apartments range from Rs 1.6 to 1.8 crore, while 4 BHK apartments cost around Rs 2.13 crore. The project is expected to be completed by December 2032.
