Hiranandani Group Introduces Eleva -Consultancy for Real Estate

    On November 29, 2023, Hiranandani Group introduced Eleva, a consultancy service aimed at providing end-to-end solutions in construction and sales for real estate ventures. Spearheaded by Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, the Founder and Managing Director, Eleva operates on a service-fee revenue model, offering guidance in project development to developers with clear land titles and statutory approvals. The initiative aims to collaborate with stalled projects, leveraging Hiranandani Group’s expertise to reinvigorate them in the market.

    The move seeks to expand the company’s geographical presence, fortify its market position, and generate new revenue streams. Eleva intends to elevate housing dynamics, aiming for a higher standard of living nationwide.

    Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani highlighted the trend of space-service integration in real estate, aiming to enhance collaborations and customer value propositions. Eleva focuses on innovation to provide strategic guidance, delivering superior homes and quality living experiences.

    The inaugural project in Andheri West spans 3.33 lac sq. ft with three towers of 33 storeys each, offering 2 & 3 BHK homes. Prices range between INR 3 crore to 3.7 crore for 2 BHK homes and INR 4 crore to 4.5 crore for 3 BHK units. The RERA-approved project is slated for delivery by December 2028.

    The real estate sector in India is transforming, creating new business opportunities. Eleva’s launch aims to capitalize on this momentum, nurturing aspiring developers and advancing the housing landscape in India.
