The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will begin accepting applications this week for the allotment of plots dedicated to nursery schools, creches, and hospitals near the upcoming Noida International Airport, officials announced Monday.

The application process opens Wednesday and will remain active until July 17, as published by Hindustan Times.

According to Arun Vir Singh, YEIDA’s chief executive officer, the initiative includes plots for three nursery schools, three creches, and four hospitals, along with a separate site for a child welfare and maternity center.

“These facilities are crucial in a newly planned urban area, especially as the Noida International Airport begins to draw families, professionals, and workers from across the region,” Singh said.

The three nursery school plots are located in Sectors 17, 22D, and 18, with sizes of 1,000 square meters, 1,400 square meters, and 1,300 square meters respectively. The authority has fixed the allotment rate for these plots at ₹18,030 per square meter. The estimated total premiums are ₹1.8 crore, ₹2.5 crore, and ₹2.3 crore.

The creche plots, all measuring 1,000 square meters and situated in Sector 18, are also priced at ₹18,030 per square meter, with a total premium of ₹1.8 crore each.

Four plots have been reserved for hospitals: two in Sector 18 measuring 6,378 square meters and 5,300 square meters, one in Sector 20 at 10,900 square meters, and another in Sector 22E spanning 27,330 square meters. These plots are priced at ₹27,330 per square meter. The respective total premiums are ₹14 crore, ₹17 crore, ₹29 crore, and ₹27 crore.

In addition, a 5,000-square-meter plot in Sector 20 has been set aside for a child welfare and maternity center, with a reserve price of ₹13 crore.

Applications must be submitted online, and interested parties are required to deposit 10% of the plot’s premium as earnest money with their bid.

Officials highlighted the strategic location of these plots near key developments, including the Noida International Airport, the upcoming Film City, MotoGP track, Medical Device Park, Electronics Manufacturing Centre, MSME Apparel & Handicraft Park, and Toy Park.

Singh emphasized that the move is intended to support the long-term social and economic development of the area.
