Residential Real Estate: This Is Why Greater Noida Is ‘Affordable Hotspot’ In NCR

    About 30 km southeast of New Delhi, Greater Noida is fast emerging as a place where dreams of every aspiring home buyer can come true. With the recent development in Noida Extension along with Noida Expressway, Greater Noida is now the affordable hotspot in the entire NCR.

    As per a recent ANAROCK report, more than 50 percent of the house supply in Greater Noida since 2015 has been under-Rs 40-lakh price segment. Owing to this attractive price range, the region has attracted significant buyer interest towards the region’s residential real estate landscape.

    Apart from the supply of houses in a favorable price range, Greater Noida has every ingredient of becoming a realty hot spot. The area’s infrastructure mentioned here is undoubtedly the best in NCR and further makes the location worth giving a thought to whoever is contemplating to buy property in NCR:

    • Noida-Greater Noida Metro extension,
    • Delhi-Noida-Greater Noida Metro,
    • Proposed international airport at Jewar,
    • Upcoming Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway

    Interestingly, Greater Noida emerged as an affordable hot spot in the times when the real estate industry was grappling from the slowdown. Now with the government pushing towards the housing-for-all mission, the importance of this region in the world of affordable housing will only grow further.

    Noteworthy here is that Greater Noida and Noida extension has remained infamous owing to litigation issues and delay in the projects for over the past decade. However, the government’s push towards bringing in transparency through policy changes and laws like the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), is most likely to bring a strong perception change, resulting in positive buyer sentiments towards Greater Noida.
