Prestige Estates, a leading real estate firm known for its successful ventures in South India, is set to make its foray into North India with a massive USD 195 million housing project in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This marks the company’s first project in the region, aimed at expanding its presence beyond its stronghold in Bengaluru and other cities in the south.

The eagerly awaited 2.2-million sq. ft. mid-income housing project is slated for launch by September 2023, pending final approvals. Prestige Estates is dedicated to offering attractive pricing to make the project more affordable for homebuyers, especially considering the current uptick in the luxury housing segment as opposed to the affordable category. By March 2024, the company has ambitious plans to initiate four or five more projects in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Prestige Estates has a successful track record of completing over 280 residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects in various cities across South India. Recently, in 2022, the company took a major leap by launching its maiden residential project in Mumbai.
