Indian Buyers Flock to Danube Properties’ Elitz 2 Project in Dubai’s Booming Real Estate Market

    Dubai-based real estate developer Danube Properties has witnessed significant demand from Indian homebuyers for its latest residential project, Elitz 2. With the success of their previous project, Fashionz, which is nearly sold out, the launch of Elitz 2 is a response to the continued high demand for quality homes. The company’s strong commitment to homebuyers and investors is evident through its track record of delivering projects ahead of schedule.

    Elitz 2, one of the largest residential projects in Dubai, offers 750 units and has become particularly popular among Indian buyers. The development boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a health club, swimming pools, sports arena, tennis court, barbecue area, and jogging track, among others. The residential units range from studio apartments to 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from Dh650,000 (Rs 1.45 Crore) for a studio apartment. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.

    One of the distinguishing features of Elitz 2 is its focus on smart and sustainable homes. The development aims to reduce energy consumption and comply with green building standards, aligning with the UAE’s commitment to sustainability and environmental consciousness.

    Danube Group, the parent company of Danube Properties, is a prominent home décor retailer in the GCC region. It has been expanding its presence in India with three showrooms located in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. In 2019, the group achieved an impressive annual turnover of $1.3 billion (Dh5 billion).

    To further attract potential buyers, Danube Properties offers a 10-year Golden Visa to eligible homeowners, subject to government approval. Additionally, the company recently signed an agreement with the Dubai Land Department to provide property buyers with an Initial Sale Contract (Oqood) in a swift and efficient manner.

    Danube Properties has an impressive track record, having successfully launched and constructed 23 projects within the past nine years. In the last 16 months alone, the company has launched eight projects, with 22 of the 23 projects being sold out. Furthermore, 12 projects have already been delivered, while the remainder are currently under construction.

    It is noteworthy that for the first phase of the Elitz 2 project, over 40% of the buyers have been Indians, reflecting the strong interest and trust Indian investors have in Danube Properties’ developments.
