Under Khattar’s leadership, Haryana is taking significant strides in urban development by engaging the expertise of two prestigious institutions: IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee. This collaborative effort underscores a commitment to harnessing collective intelligence to address Faridabad’s urban challenges effectively.

At the core of this master plan lies a comprehensive survey, conducted in partnership with IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee. The objective is to evaluate the current state of urban areas within Faridabad meticulously. Leveraging the insights of these academic institutions, the government aims to formulate data-driven strategies to enhance the quality of life for Faridabad’s residents.

Chief Minister Khattar reiterated the significance of a corruption-free government during the master plan’s unveiling. Transparency and accountability will be pivotal to this initiative, ensuring efficient utilization of resources for the community’s benefit.

The issue of unauthorized construction has plagued many urban areas, including Faridabad. Khattar’s plan includes expeditious and decisive action against such activities. By cracking down on illegal structures, the government aims to ensure that urban development adheres to regulated and lawful channels.

Recognizing the critical importance of water conservation in an era marked by environmental challenges, the master plan places a strong emphasis on sustainable water management practices. This commitment ensures a greener and more eco-friendly future for Faridabad.

During his address, Chief Minister Khattar praised India’s solar mission, Aditya-L1, and its remarkable achievements in space exploration. He lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership for propelling India to new heights in space technology. This recognition of India’s space endeavors underscores the government’s dedication to technological advancement and innovation.

The unveiling of this master plan by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar marks a significant milestone for Faridabad.
