DLF Building and Services Private Ltd recently acquired 31,254 square feet of office space in Gurugram for Rs 81.04 crore, as per documents accessed by FloortTap.com.

The seller, reportedly a non-resident Indian (NRI), finalized the deal with DLF on August 17, 2023, at Two Horizon Center in sector 43, Gurugram. This office space stands among the most expensive in Gurugram. DLF paid a stamp duty of Rs 5.67 crore for this purchase. Notably, the seller had initially bought the property from DLF in July 2018 and subsequently leased it to WeWork India Management Private Ltd in September 2018. Queries regarding this transaction have been directed to DLF for clarification.

In a separate significant deal, Kinnteisto LLP, led by Rekha Jhunjhunwala, acquired over 1.94 lakh sq ft of commercial office space in Mumbai’s prominent commercial zones, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), and Chandivali area, spending approximately Rs 740 crore.

This transaction stands out as one of India’s largest reported commercial deals recently. The seller for the Chandivali space was Kanakia Spaces Realty Pvt Ltd, selling 68,195 sq ft carpet area, inclusive of 110 car parking slots, in the commercial office Boomerang building for Rs 137.99 crore, according to documented details.
